the location is superb. it is close to the gothic quarter and el born neighborhoods. i found it easy to navigate the city from here. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the staff were always ready to help with taxi arrangements.
the elevator had a cardboard box inside one afternoon.

The location provided easy access to public transport and the beach was close. The room had a good size and offered necessary amenities. I liked the rooftop terrace with sunbeds.
The reception staff and the cleaning staff were disappointing. One day the cleaning staff entered my room without any notice while I was using the toilet. I asked for a quiet room however I received the noisiest room on the street.

Excellent Location and Cleanliness

The location was ideal, it was close to the marina and public transportation. The room was quiet and clean. I found the climate control worked well, therefore the room temperature was always comfortable.
The shower allowed water to escape over the screen, this caused the toilet and surrounding floor to get wet. I think addressing this drainage issue would significantly improve the bathroom experience.

the location was acceptable, as it was close to many attractions.
my room was not what i expected. there was a strange odor in the bathroom when i arrived (it smelled like mildew), and the shower made the floor wet because of a design flaw. i also found the bed to be too firm for my liking.

Excellent Hotel Near the Waterfront

The location is central and close to the waterfront and beach. The hotel offers great connectivity, and nearly everything is within walking distance. I was very pleased with the breakfast buffet and the friendly service. The bus stops are conveniently located in front of the hotel. Cabs are easily accessible, and the front desk can call one for you.
I found the room decor a bit dated and the overall room design could use some updating. The double beds are narrow and not very comfortable.
